  6. HTML document. You can import or
  7. export settings from or to an existing
  8. document. The settings are viewed in
  9. both RGB, and HEX, and the program
  10. can also act as a quick RGB to HEX
  11. converter. You can also set the a
  12. background picture to be used, and
  13. various browser-specific <body> tags.
